After reviewing the elevation readings of my home using the ZipLevel-Pro 2000 system, Brothers Foundation Repair took the time to thoroughly explain exactly what was happening with my foundation and drainage issues in a way that was easy to understand. The inspection showed settling along the right side of the home, with readings reaching around -0.7 inches in certain areas, while other parts of the home remained relatively stable. Instead of trying to oversell unnecessary repairs, Brothers Foundation Repair provided a detailed plan that included new concrete pressure piers, soil grading improvements, proper backfill work, and a new drainage/French drain system to help redirect water away from the foundation. The recommendations made complete sense based on the elevation map and water flow shown in the report. What stood out the most was how educational and transparent Brothers Foundation Repair was throughout the process. They took great care of the home while lifting and correcting the home, checking for interior and exterior door sticking, etc. The foundation work was across a section of pier and beam original home and slab on grade addition. During the work an existing plumbing leak was discovered, Frank and his team were happy to excavate a bit further under to help me find out where the leak was from at no additional charge. Frank and his team are professional experts you can trust to do the work correctly, and they stand behind their work with a strong warranty. He was professional, friendly, and discreet while in our home. He walked about (inside and out) and made the measurements all the while responding to our questions. Within 15 minutes we had a thorough evaluation that included a mitigation plan but did not include a recommendation for any pier installation. Christy Cleveland19 July 2023I saw a Brother's Foundation truck driving thru my neighborhood about 10 days ago, and took it as a sign that I needed to call them. For a few years, we had several different companies out to give us quotes on our pier and beam foundation on our 1942 shotgun house, and I just didn't have a good feeling about any of them. That all changed when Frank and his grandson Isaiah came over. They walked our property, assessed the issues, were honest with the scope of work that it needed and the timeframe that it would take. Within 24 hours we had a quote in our email, with a discount if we signed and scheduled by the end of the month. We did, and within a week they were at our house, and 2 days later the job was done and it has completely exceeded my expectations. Frank sent photo updates each day, the crew replanted our landscaping just as they found it AND added more soil, and we could not be happier. Due to the appraisal not being ordered on time by the lender, we were supposed to close in 2 days, but the appraiser found concerns so we needed an inspection. Frank came out the same day and had the inspection report to the lender before the end of the day. We ultimately needed repairs before we could close on the house and they were able to schedule the work for the following Tuesday. Sunday afternoon they called and were able to be out a day early and so they finished a day early. The guys cleaned up everything and the repairs went smoothly. Chad Buerger19 May 2023We have a house built in the 40’s with pier and beam and the initial inspection cost us nothing at the time. He came in with a radar device type thing and checked the depth of the floors to the ground. They diagnosed the problem and fixed the part of our house that was lower than the rest. They were very professional and had a crew of 7 come out and so the job. Frank Pena, the man in charge was kind and took all my need into consideration. We decided to use them because my wife saw a job they did down the street all in one day abs it looked very good. I had other quotes for this job, but they were not honest and upfront about the work needed to be done, but Brother’s Foundation Repair was.They helped the bill to meet my budget the best they could and made the job happen. They also had great communication via text, call and email. Very patient. Will recommend to others.Posted on Google
S A18 May 2023I called them to determine if my floor/wall cracks needed foundation adjusting in order to prevent something worse. They could have told me that I needed to have work done, and charged me $$$$. Instead they were honest, and told me that simply changing my gutter runoff would likely fix my problem. Honesty is hard to find today. They have the equipment, knowledge and character I want, if I ever do need that type of work. I highly recommend them.Posted on Google

The railroad ties were falling down and the yard and neighbors fence behind my house was beginning to collapse into my yard. Took the crew 2 1/2 days to tear down railroad ties and replace retaining wall. The crew was very professional and cleaned up after they finished. They went above and beyond the original estimate. Mariano Moya25 April 2023I had Brothers come out and inspect my foundation because of a crack in my roof sheetrock and a sticking door, senior consultant Frank came out with Chris and ran some testing on the foundation in my home. They were courteous and very professional they took the time to explain everything about foundation and the things that go wrong. After all their testing they determined that my 60 year old foundation is still in good shape and they were kind enough to give me a few foundation maintenance tips. Frank and his son walked me through everything they did during the initial visit to take measurements and determine repairs needed on my home. I really appreciated understanding why they were doing what they did and the reason for repairs. I was placed on their schedule within 1 month of the initial estimate. Not only did they perform the work within the time frame they quoted, but they also helped repair additional minor issues found during the foundation repair in my home without charging me extra. All employees were extremely polite and kept me updated during the entire process. I expressed to Frank how much I appreciated his company’s work, professionalism, and customer service and how it’s been rare to find a company like his. He helped me get in contact with other companies he trusted for other home repairs I needed within 1 day. I HIGHLY recommend anyone to use Brothers Foundation. Chuck Adams28 March 2023This is a good company that does excellent work. We had all of our piers in our pier and beam foundation replaced and two of the three wooden support beams replaced. A lot of excavation was needed to create enough space for them to work and they did great work on that as well. I highly recommend them for this type of work.Posted on Google

He did a wonderful job, not only explaining throughly what’s going on with my foundation, but he also provided photos to show me. Him and his crew went around the house, under the house, and measured everything that was needed. He spent time explaining issues and how to identify them. I feel very comfortable with their service. The crew came out a few days later and started working on the foundation. They were all so friendly and very knowledgeable about the work needing to be done.
