Why is my house is cracking again?​
After foundation repairs, the home will need to resettle into the earth. This usually takes 6 months. Until this time cracks may occur while the house stabilizes. At this point, many homes may need to be readjusted. If all settlement is complete, remodeling can begin.
How do I transfer the warranty?
To transfer the warranty please fill out the form below. We will send the maintenance agreement to the new owners.
Another portion of my home is cracking now, what do I do?
Our warranty only covers the area that was previously repaired by Brothers Foundation Repair.
There are holes against my home from where the piers were installed. Is this covered?
Holes along your foundation will require backfill, this is the responsibility of the homeowner, under the maintenance agreement.Â
Looking To Transfer A Warranty?
Our warranties remain with the property, however, we do require new owners to sign a maintenance agreement. We also charge a $200 administration fee.

Sign New Maintenance Agreement
The new owners will be sent a maitnence agreement to be e-signed. They will recieve a confirmation of warranty transfer.
